Common questions
How do I delete my account?
Open Duely → Settings → Delete Account. This permanently removes your bills, payment history, settings, custom categories, and authentication account from our systems.
Deleting your account does not cancel an active Duely Pro subscription. Manage subscriptions through Apple as described below.
How do I manage or cancel Duely Pro?
Subscriptions are managed by Apple. On your iPhone, go to Settings → your name → Subscriptions, or visit the App Store subscriptions page.
How do I restore a purchase?
In Duely, open Settings → Restore Purchases. Make sure you are signed into the same Apple ID used for the original purchase.
Why can't I add more bills?
Free accounts can track up to 5 bills. Upgrade to Duely Pro in the app for unlimited bills and premium features.
What is included in Duely Pro?
Duely Pro may include unlimited bills, Home Screen widgets, full statistics, Smart Bill Adding, bill reminders, AI Insights, and calendar PDF export. Available features are shown in the app.
How do bill reminders work?
Bill reminders are a Duely Pro feature. You can configure reminder preferences in the app and must allow notifications in iOS Settings for reminders to be delivered.
